Refund & Returns Policy

All Nashville Beach Surf Shop products are made to order just for you. Because each item is printed when you order it, we can't restock it — so our policy works a little differently than a regular store.

Changed your mind?

Please choose carefully, and check the size chart before ordering. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (wrong size, color preference, etc.), since every item is made to order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We've got you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number and photos of the issue to info@nashvillebeach.shop, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Shipping

•  If the problem was our fault, we cover return shipping (we'll email you a prepaid label) and refund your original shipping cost too.

•  Otherwise, original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Final sale

Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
